I have a client who struggles with confidence generally and in particular at work. Any suggestions?

Many people struggle with confidence. We all do from time to time. One great way to think about it is through the perspective of anxiety or fear. When we lack confidence, we are driven and controlled by our fear. Fear can be attached to almost anything. Loss, shame or status for example. Temporary loss of confidence can be fairly quickly recovered but a longer term ongoing lack of confidence is a different proposition. I suggest you work with the client to establish which is the case, spend some time being curious about their anxiety and take your coaching from there.
