Attachment, not the theory but the practical ways to work with it

Go Back

Attachment and insecurity are a major feature of how we understand and work within our worlds. Our formative years are guided by others and we hold on to those principles throughout our life and those are things we gravitate towards when times are emotionally tough. If we can understand our attachment styles then we are best placed to offset some of the effect thy have on us. We cannot fully negate the effect it has on us but we can minimise it by our increased awareness of it.

Outcomes For Participants:

- Understanding what initiates our attachment style

- How to identify it in relationships

- Awareness of how it may affect us

- How to positively use that knowledge to impact on relationships

- Build healthier and more productive relationships from that knowledge
