Bereavement and loss: The therapeutic relationship

We take an in-depth look at how the practitioner can support their clients through the therapeutic relationship.  For example, attachment theory – how attachment style can impact working with clients.


The courses are designed to give you practical guidance on how to be alongside grief.  They are grounded in knowledge and personal experience of working in this area and uses skills, exercises and creative tools which can deepen insight and are enjoyable.


Working in this area, being alongside powerful emotions can be challenging and triggering – we will highlight the significance of the therapeutic relationship and in the importance of self-care in order for you to develop your own resources in working with grief.
