A tranquil journey into your being, through a full day of meditation with Mudras (meditative hand positions or Asanas). Learn over 30 Mudras for empowerment, self development, inner healing, well-being, re-balancing mind, body and spirit. Designed to take you on a journey of progressive relaxation and deep healing, as you learn skills you can also apply to any theraputic practice and in your life. You will wear comfortable clothing and bring a light lunch or snacks, as you will work with the enrgy through the day.
