Sacred Sound Circle - healing tools to assist the human spiritual evolution

Go Back

The aim of this workshop is to share the immersive experience of using sacred sound healing tools to enhance holistic health and to explore the ancient and modern sonic practices that shamans and yogis have been using for thousands of years.

During this workshop, we will set time aside from our normal, mundane lives to engage with sacred sound within the framework of the medicine wheel, which is a traditional shamanic map of self and universe.

In this sacred circle, we will work with voice and drum to expand consciousness, restore inner, balance and harmonize the whole self. Focusing on creating or listening to sound enables the ‘monkey mind’ to be more easily reined in, trained and calmed.

It is especially useful for people who find silent mindful practices challenging. The breathing patterns associated with sacred voice-work calm the body and slow the heartbeat. The vocals create deeply healing vibrations within the body and integrate the two halves of the brain.
