The first thing that catches your attention when you look at Infusionsoft is probably the hefty price tag. With the basic edition priced at $99 a month, Infusionsoft’s product is definitely not for a sole practitioner on a shoestring budget. And with no trial version available to test, you have to buy a package and sit with a consultant before testing it. This is a prohibiting factor in considering this CRM programme for use in your practice.

Free trial: No (A demo video is available to watch)

Cost: Standard edition: pricing starts at $99/mo

Infusionsoft seems to be very popular among software and IT service providers. Its package includes various marketing, web analytics, and strategy options which are probably beyond the needs of sole practitioners. Online claims also state that Infusionsoft has an excellent support service.

Overall, Infusionsoft is well out of the price range of the average sole practitioner and has a lot of features which are beyond the needs of most small practices.
